Most common problems with device operation come from improper hygiene and maintenance.
If inhalation is carried out in accordance with the device manual, we adhere to the rules regarding its washing, cleaning and maintenance, then good inhaler will serve us for many years and cold seasons.

Second problem is losing spraying nozzle or clogged opening in the nozzle, which is located at the bottom of nebulizers cup. Nebulizers cup should be thoroughly cleaned from the rests of medicine and leave for dry. Later plug for a while empty and cleaned nebulizers cup to nebulizer and turn device on. The compressed air removes remains of moisture and unclog spray nozzle.

DO NOT PUSH THE CLOGGED NOZZLE WITH A NEEDLE OR OTHER SHARP INSTRUMENT!

We recommend replacing the nebulisers cup every 6 months and in case of using it at home, where cigarettes are smoked or using ovens, even every 3 months.

Another important part is filter. In our devices is under cover next to air outlet connector. In case of lowering the device parameters during work, or when the filter is gray or dirty, it should be replaced immediately. We recommend replacing filter every 3 to 6 months, depending on the frequency of use and the working environment of the device. In ours devices we include 5 spare filters.

We also, therefore, below we suggest ways to solve problems with ours inhalers.

It should be noted that for proper operation of the nebulizer it is necessary to properly install spray nozzle inside nebulizers cup. Without it inhaler will not spray the medicine.
Nebulizers cup is made of three elements: the upper part of the nebulizers cup, spraying nozzle and lower part of nebulizers cup. The spraying nozzle have to be mounted inside nebulizers cup.

WITHOUT THE THE SPRAYING NOZZLE THE NEBULIZER WILL NOT SPRAY A MEDICINE! DO NOT LOSE THE COVER PLATE OF THE NOZZLE.

The lack or the weak nebulisation during the device`s operation	Is the medicine in the container?	Pour the suitable amount of the medicine to the container. Minimum 2 ml maximum 6 ml
	Too much or too little of medicine in the container?
	Lost, unmounted the spraying nozzle in the medicine container?	Mount the spraying nozzle inside the medicine container.
	Is the set of accessories compunded correctly?	Check and mount the accessories in accodance with the instruction manual
	Is the air outlet hole in the lower part of the medicine container plugged	Check and clean the outlet hole (nozzle) in the lower part of the medicine container.
	Is the medicine container with the mask or the mouthpiece tilted at the acute angle	Make sure, that accessories set (nebulizer cup + mask or mouthpiece) is not tilted at the angre more than 45 degrees
	Is the air tube connected right to the compressor?	Plug air tube properly to the compressor and to the lower part of nebulizer cup.
	Is the air tube folded or damaged?	Make sure, that the air tube is correct, not folded. If necessary – replace the tube.
	Is the air tube plugged?	Make sure that there are no contaminations in the air tube.
	Is the air filter dirty?	Replace dirty filter for a new one.
	Is the cover of filter dirty?	Clean it and ventilation holes.
The nebulizer works unnaturally loudly?	Does the filter’s cover on the compressor’s mounted correctly?	Mount correctly the air filter’s cover plate on the compressor.
The nebulizer works unnaturally loudly?	Does the filter’s cover isn’t dirty or clog?	Remove cover and gently clear it. Check ventilation holes and if are clog, clean it.
The nebulizer heats up very much	Are air vents holes (air intake) in the compressor body covered?	During operation- don’t cover air vents (air intake) in the compressor body.
